Investigation on Heat Transfer Enhancement in Microchannel Using Al2O3/Water Nanofluids

چکیده

Nowadays, reducing heat generation in electronic devices while using microchannel cooling is used to solve this problem. Because the trend globally marching toward compact size, component’s dimensions get smaller, but warmth involved within component increases. Studies of transfer rate are conducted determine effect a fully heated conductor’s performance. Experiments performed nanofluid Al2O3/water through concentration percentage 0.1% and 0.25% deionized water conductor with 25 rectangular numbers dimension ( 0.42×0.42×100 ) mm3. This present work deals nanofluids their percentages. Finally, it concluded that better performance was seen compared water. The reason high viscosity due these nanoparticles deposited on wall surface outcomes trendy improvement transfer. revealed practical microchannel. As result, achieved satisfactory result remaining fluids almost 32.5% 26% thermal resistance decrease.
